

Firstly we got to the room and took ages to unlock the door as they’re so hard to unlock and lock but okay when you get the hang of it.

However you are in the annex buildings then this review is for you. Firstly the pictures on every website advertising this is of the new refurbished hotel so if you get a room in this then you’re okay and the rooms are really nice. So I’m putting this review in great detail to stop others from making the mistake we did by booking this hotel. The hotel itself is nice and Dobi is amazing, it’s just a shame that the receptionists are awful at their jobs and that the cleaners never actually clean! Would’ve hoped for more than just one day of all inclusive to compensate for our treatment at this hotel. therefore this was absolutely useless to us. At the end of the holiday we were then given all inclusive for ONE day of which was our last day. this is absolutely unacceptable and we actually laughed at the thought of it. On one occasion we asked for clean towels and were given sheets and were told to clean our bodies with them. Everyday we asked for clean bedding and clean towels and were never given them. Finally we were given our room and quickly noticed that our door wouldn’t lock, we went to reception and asked them to fix it, he came upstairs and attempted to fix it himself, he failed and told us someone would come fix it later that evening. On the other hand, Dobi (the lovely lady behind the bar) sincerely apologised on the receptionists behalf and gave us all a free drink and free shot, although this didn’t compensate for the incident. The next day we went back to flora maria where the same receptionist was, he never apologised to us once. Again we got into another taxi to a horrible and dodgy hotel, finally we were given the room for the night. We got in the taxi and got to the other hotel to then be told again that the hotel is fully booked. With no idea what was going on we kicked up a fuss, he then decided to eventually tell us that the hotel was fully booked and that we had to go to another hotel. Upon arrival which was about 12am we checked in thinking everything was ok, we then watched the receptionist ring for a taxi and then he told us our taxi would arrive in a minute, we told him we hadn’t ordered a taxi and he then told us to sit down. This hotel would be amazing if the receptionists and cleaners were actually good at their jobs.
