The only person held liable is the signer of the NDA at that point, not the people who didn't sign the NDA and widely disseminate information. With a contract, you have to get it in writing that Redditors have consented to being held liable for a breach of contract if they disseminate information about a game they may not even have access to without legal authorization from Ubisoft.
